Gold Star Pediatrics Direct Primary Care exists to provide affordable, local pediatric care to North Port families—focused on whole‑child wellness and wholeness, personalized relationships, and transparent pricing—while respecting informed family choice with no vaccines required.
Our Policies
Vaccinations - Zero Pressure
We believe that medical decisions for children should be made by informed parents in partnership with a trusted provider—not through coercion, fear, or pressure. Whether a family chooses to vaccinate, delay, or decline, our role is to provide accurate information, answer questions openly, and respect the final decision.

We recognize that every child is unique and every family’s values, beliefs, and circumstances are different. Our commitment is to support parents in making the choices that feel right for their children—free from judgment or influence—because no one should be forced into vaccinating or not vaccinating.

We happily accept non-vaccinated and partially vaccinated children—no religious or medical exemptions required.

The Basics about DPC

A $10 one-time registration fee is required when you join.

Membership is $69/month, billed every 3 months in advance ($207 per quarter).

All fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Services start only after your registration fee and first 3 months are paid in full.

Quarterly renewals are billed automatically to your card on file
Cancellation is Easy - 3 Ways

Easiest - Log into Square and click "Cancel" your subscription -> Automatic!
